Centre of Corporate Relation (CCR) & Placement Cell

While CCR has the mandate to progressively enhance synergies between the University & the Industry. The Placement cell exists to meet student's long term and short term career needs. Both function in close coordination with various student bodies like MSS(Management Science Society) for better and active industry- academic interface. It offers personalized counseling communication training, resume construction and mock interviews. Our main emphasis is to provide a student adequate opportunities to choose a job in his/her area of specialization. The sponsoring body of the EIILM University has a record of 100% placement. EIILM University holds a very strong network with the Corporate and the Industry Heads

Career Guidance Cell

EIILM University has been successful in meeting the requirements of the Industry and the aspirations of the students and gives them an opportunity to apply their intelligence, creativity and leadership skills to the challenges of technology driven world. In short, it prepares students for the real world'. Our Career Guidance Cell conducts several activities and workshops perpetually and also encourages learning a foreign language. Several development programs are held in the Campus for the faculties to enhance their edification skills. Career Guidance Cell will serve to the challenges of technology- driven world and bring about a global perspective. It meagerly caters to the following 4 sectors to enhance specific skills / knowledge:

• Management Development Programs and Corporate Trainings

• Skill enhancement programs for the students in collaboration with the highly skilled and eminent personalities from the Industry.

• Career Guidance Workshops for School/Colleges students in various cities.
   

Placement Committee & Procedure

EIILM constitutes its Placement Committee comprising of Director - Placement & Corporate Relations, Manager - Placement & Corporate Relations and Student Representatives three from each batch. Students elect their representatives. Placement cell keeps in constant touch with the students' alumni to promote placement activities.
Placement Committee plans and formulates strategies for the placement activities. It provides necessary support and guidance to students for strengthening placement activities and conducts reviews periodically.
It serves as a liaison with the corporate world maintaining a strong relationship with the industry.
After the initial selections, pre-placement discussions are arranged between students and organization representatives. Interviews may be taken on campus or through EIILM's Campus At Your Place (CAYP) programme, by which arrangements are made to send students to a venue of the organization's choice. Direct recruitment through this system is quality assured and cost efficient.
